Double Holotropic Breathwork

This workshop includes four Holotropic Breathwork sessions (two as breather/two as a sitter) with evocative music, bodywork, mandala drawing, and group sharing. There will be an additional We Zoom follow-up and integration session the week after the workshop (dates to be defined).

Please note, this is a non-residential workshop and attendees are responsible for coordinating and paying for their own accommodations and meals.
