About the event
Join us for an immersive journey into the transformative practice of Grof® Breathwork, an experiential method of self-exploration and healing developed by Stan and Christina Grof. Designed to unlock deep holotropic states of consciousness through accelerated breathing, evocative music, and focused bodywork, this unique workshop invites you to release emotional and energetic blockages and connect with profound layers of your psyche.
Through this powerful process, you may have the opportunity to explore all levels of human experience, from personal biography and unresolved traumas to universal, archetypal realms that encompass myth and spiritual awakening. Guided by our skilled facilitators and supported by a community of co-breathers and Grof Breathwork trainees, you’ll be in a safe, nurturing space that encourages you to embrace transformation.
This workshop is ideal for both newcomers and those interested in joining the Grof Legacy Training community. Experience the unique power of Grof Breathwork and connect with a network of like-minded explorers on the path to self-discovery and healing.
