Time & Location

Online Zoom Meeting
About the event
As part of our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment, we are pleased to announce a special workshop for all participants completing our Level 1 Grof® Breathwork Facilitator Training program—Leaning in and Showing up: Shifting Relational Ruptures into Relational Repair—facilitated by Jennifer Jones, PhD, LCSW and Aisha Mohammed, LMFT.
When we connect with people individually or in a group, the potential for unintended relational disconnection, that can be experienced as misattunement, insensitivity, abandonment, disregard, microaggressions, or erasure is always a possibility.
As facilitators we need to be equipped to work with these kinds of relational ruptures. This daylong online gathering invites you to lean into an embodied exploration of how ruptures, if left unattended, can lead to a sense of harm, inequity or lack of psychological safety within relationships and communities. We will also spend time honing our skills to show up for intentional repair that has the potential to transform those moments into opportunities for deeper connection and embodied healing.
Attendance is strongly encouraged for all Level 1 trainees, though not required.
