About the event
This workshop includes four Holotropic Breathwork sessions (two as breather/two as a sitter), one shamanic journey (optional), healing sound journey, nature-based mask making, expressive movement (optional), evening fire gathering, mandala drawing, 3 nights housing, a talk on the history and practice of Holotropic Breathwork, 9 organic locally sourced vegan/vegetarian meals, connection, community and support.
